In this release, we will introduce the Verifyo™ by Merchant Token, a decentralized zero-knowledge KYC solution that ensures user data remains private while fully verifiable. It allows Web3 businesses to meet regulatory compliance requirements without compromising individual privacy. Built from the ground up for trust and transparency, this comprehensive toolkit empowers platforms to protect, verify, and support their users. We’re also launching ProtectEffect™ by Merchant Token, our next-generation AI Dispute Management (AIDM) system. Replacing the legacy CDM on the ERC20 network, this new version features automated fee-based token burning, which gradually reduces the total MTO supply to drive long-term value. MTO staking for AIDM is currently in development and will be available soon.

In the "Odin" release, we will launch the Merchant Card—a fully decentralized crypto-only payment card combined with a hardware wallet. The HIPS Wallet will be fully integrated to support the Crypto Payment Card and hardware wallet functionalities, offering seamless management of your assets. As the product is still in early development, more details will be shared as we approach the final stages of its release.

The MEO blockchain has been developed, but its release is currently under review. As we don't see a significant immediate benefit to the project, we have decided to postpone its launch to prioritize the development and release of the POS terminals and Merchant Card. At this stage, there is no clear decision on when the MEO blockchain will be integrated. We will provide more updates as we continue to evaluate its potential role in the project's future.
